Lines are staffed 6 AM to 5 PM Central Time Monday-Friday. Call 800-545-5112 and choose the appropriate menu selection for the assistance you need.

Call Center assistance is available for 2 years as part of the purchase price of new Viking equipment.  You also qualify for free telephone support if you are enrolled in our Preferred Customer Program

All other callers will be billed in 30 minute increments for the time spent on line with a telephone service technician.

 Viking Field Service

Viking Field Service does installation and training for all new Viking equipment installations. They are also available to install used Viking Equipment, train Viking operators at your plant on machine operation and maintenance, and perform trouble shooting and tune ups on installed Viking Equipment  With more than 100 years combined experience, isn't it worth protecting your equipment investment by hiring the people who know and work with your Viking every day?  Call 800-328-2403 ex 276 or e-mail , Viking Service Manager  to schedule the service you need to keep your Viking running in top form
